📋 Camera-Ready Submission Instructions for Authors Click to collapse

The camera-ready deadline for PST 2026 is July 3, 2026.

Authors of accepted papers should upload the final version of their paper through EasyChair. Please log in to EasyChair, open your accepted submission, and use the Update file option to upload the final PDF version that will appear in the proceedings.

Page Limits and Format

Accepted papers must follow the applicable page limits:

  • Regular papers: up to 10 pages, including references and appendix
  • Short papers: up to 6 pages, including references and appendix

Up to 2 additional pages are allowed in each category, subject to over-length charges. The charge is $140.00 CAD per additional page.

All camera-ready papers must use the standard IEEE two-column conference format. Authors should use the IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings. Any violation of the required template may result in rejection.

Important Notes
  • The uploaded file must be the final revised PDF of your paper.
  • If you make any changes to the paper title or the order of authors, you must update that information both:
    1. in the paper PDF itself, and
    2. in EasyChair using Update authors or Update information.
  • No new authors may be added, and existing authors may not be removed at this stage.
IEEE PDF eXpress Requirement

All final PDF submissions must be IEEE Xplore compliant. Papers that do not meet IEEE Xplore compliance requirements cannot be included in the PST 2026 Proceedings or IEEE Xplore.

Before uploading your final PDF to EasyChair, please use IEEE PDF eXpress to check or create an IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF.

IEEE PDF eXpress Information

First-time users:

  1. Create a new account on IEEE PDF eXpress.
  2. Enter Conference ID 69726X.
  3. Use your email address and create a password.
  4. Follow the instructions to complete the process.

Returning users: If you have used PDF eXpress before, please use your previous password and verify that your contact information is up to date.

Once you obtain a PDF eXpress-compliant PDF, upload that file to EasyChair as your final submission.

EasyChair Update Instructions

After logging in to EasyChair, select your accepted submission and upload the final PDF using Update file.

If needed, use:

  • Update authors to correct the author order
  • Update information to correct submission metadata

Please ensure that the title and author information in EasyChair exactly match the final PDF. In EasyChair, please use Conference ID: 69726.

  • At least one author of an accepted paper must register as either All-Access Pass or Conference Pass by July 3, 2026.
  • At least one author of an accepted workshop paper must register as All-Access Pass, Conference Pass, or Workshop pass by August 7, 2026.
  • If multiple papers are accepted for presentation, each paper requires a separate Author Registration Fee.

Refund policy

Refunds for non-author registrations will be available as follows:

  • 80% refund for requests submitted by August 5, 2026.
  • 70% refund for requests submitted by August 12, 2026.
  • No refunds will be available after August 12, 2026.
